The winter is nearly over and i shall be ready for spring and especially for summer. We will go to seaside and i want to have a perfect figure till this time. That's why i think it is a right time to begin trainings.
I have had just four trainings and now i already can observe the result.
My belly is smaller and more elastic. Oh, but i also have muscles aches.
Anyway these aches are pleasant.
For beginning I thought that i would be lazy and would try to find some reasons not to go to trainings. But now i like it, and look forward to another training.
Also i want to go to swimming pool, but i haven't decided when.
So i hope that till April my figure will be perfect (by the way i can't say that it is even now not good, its ok, but i want perfect).
